Spring 2011 Newsletter

Dear Praying Friends:
 
We are getting ready to begin another year of Missionary Evangelism.  How thankful we are to the Lord for allowing us another year to serve Him. The month of February we will be in meetings in Florida.  In March, April and beginning of May the Lord has us in Louisiana and West Virginia.
 
Our time in Florida has been busy. We have gotten many “Florida Projects” accomplished as well as spending time with Lars’ mom. During our time here we were greatly surprised to have all of our children and grandchildren with us for a week.  We even were able to spoil our two newest granddaughters.
 
We covet your prayers this year as we want to be sensitive to where the Lord would have us go. Please pray for safety as we travel many miles each week. Pray also for wisdom as we minister to each church. We are in relativity good health and are asking the Lord to keep us healthy. Phyllis fell Thanksgiving and did some major damage to her teeth. While in Florida dental work was done and we are praying in time this will heal. Pray for Phyllis’ mom as she was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.
 
Simon and Sonya had good reports after returning from Mexico.  We are praising the Lord for what He has done not only spiritually but physically. Please continue to pray for them and for a “miracle” healing. If you have internet you can go to her “blog” and read her updates:  sonyasjourney.blogspot.com
 
Matt resigned the church in Illinois.  Pray for Matt and Lanissa that the Lord would give them direction and show them His will for their lives.
 
Rich and Angela, Michael and Candace are still traveling together. We are asking the Lord to bless their meetings and give them safety as they continue to travel many miles as well.
