Dear Praying Friends,
“For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon.  But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.”  I Corinthians 3:9-10
We praise the Lord for a fruitful summer.  God has blessed in so many ways.  Here are a few of the highlights:
1.   We had 30+  Salvations during our ministry this summer.
2.   A Jr. Girl was saved during a V.B.S and during Jr. High camp her brother was saved.
3.   As we ministered in a church on a Sunday morning, a teenage boy was saved and that same day his cousin was saved at a   different church.
4.   While conducting a V.B.S., we had a boy saved and the Pastor was the one who led him to the Lord.  After he got saved, he approached us and told us he was “so thankful that the “priest” saved him. He more than likely came out of a Catholic background.
5.   During Sr. High Camp there were several decisions along with those who got saved, but what was so special was a teenage boy got saved on Saturday morning the day they were going home.
The Lord gave us 6 weeks of camp and 3 weeks of  V.B.S.  It was busy but we praise the Lord for what He did during this time.  We also were able to speak during a Family camp as well as Senior Saints camp.
There were some trials as well this summer.  During one of the camps a storm came through and did damage to the awning on our trailer.  Two days later on our return to the camp from an outing in town, Lars ran over a 300 pound calf. There were 3 in the road. He managed to miss two but the third was not so lucky.  Yes, the calf died and our truck had some damage done to the front. Praise the Lord we were able to get it repaired.  We also had to have the Injector connector repaired on the truck.  I like to call these “occupational hazards”.
Matt, Lanissa, and Austin came to visit us for a few days while we were at camp. Always enjoy having family around. They were on their way to Ohio . Matt is seeking God’s direction for ministry. Please pray that the Lord would open and close doors for them.
The Lord has allowed us to spend 10 days with Simon and Sonya.  We have enjoyed our time with them.  Sonya is doing great and has been getting good reports back from the doctor. Please continue to remember them in your prayers.
Thank you for your prayer support.  We are so thankful the Lord has given us so many opportunities to serve Him. Remember! We are working together in His Harvest Field.

In His Service,
